Think your favorite mixer works alone? Think again!
EVERY top pro has a team of assistants - and you should too
You know how many top mixers are editing, tuning, and prepping their own mixes? Zero

Every single one of them has at least one assistant who's job is to do all of that - and do it so well that by the time the mixer gets his hands on the session, it's 80% of the way there.

This isn't cheating, it's simply dividing up the work efficiently. It's just outsourcing the tedious, time-consuming stuff to the next generation of up-and-comers so you can focus on what you're best at: making the creative decisions that make the difference between a good mix and a GREAT mix.

The fact of the matter is that if you want to hang with the big boys, you're gonna need a team.

But building that team is easier said than done. You can't just hire any random kid off Facebook or Craigslist and throw some stems at them - if you don't have the right PROCESSES and SYSTEMS in place, you're gonna get a bunch of effed up tracks back and spend more time fixing them than if you just did it yourself!

You'll also need to understand how the economics work. Yes, assistants aren't free, but they'll ultimately allow you to take on more work and therefore make more money - and I'll give you all the spreadsheets and other tools I use to maximize my own profitability.

If you're ready to learn more about how I built my team, join me in one of our free webinars where I'll go into more detail - there's no obligation, and you'll get some free stuff if you stick around to the end, so click below to save your spot!
